The above Hifi Retail stores are the only appointed/authorised dealers for South Africa, for the brands imported and distributed by Audio Imports. These Hifi Stores are all dedicated audio and home theatre professionals and have proper demonstration facilities and installation capabilities.

Any of our products not purchased from the above dealers, have not been imported by Audio Imports and will not be guaranteed by neither Audio Imports, nor their original manufacturers. If in doubt, phone or E-mail Audio Imports.

Three easy steps that will help you determine the validity of your purchase:
Buy only from one of the appointed retail stores. Audio Imports' brands found in warehouse type retail stores are most likely Grey Imports, and as such will no be services or repaired, nor will any parts be supplied by Audio Imports or the manufacturers. Check if the serial number, on the box or on the unit, has been tampered with. Check if the box has tape with markings stating that the unit not for sale in countries other than those specified.
